I was informed to contact the CEO with the address given. I have since emailed that address, and reforwarded the msg to the same address. still no response!!! and the address does not even seem like the address for the CEO... as it is listed as national customer care!!
I now demand that someone from the CEO's office email me to sort this rubbish out! this is beyond ridiculous how a national corporate entity just doesnt care for the law and doesnt abide by it and just screws over the small man!!!
