Vodacom sold me a defected phone and ive being booking my phone in and out at repairs but theres no progress. I took it more than 3 times nw and on the 4th time i returned it to the store where i bought it, they promised to call me but ive never received any of their call and ive being without the phone im paying for, for more than 2 months now. VODACOMS customer service is very poor. I planning to take the matter forward with my lawyers now.please help because ive never even received their respond after my 1st complained on hellopeter.
