Down grade of package never done!!!

I have decided to down grade my MTN mobile package from R930 on average per month to R529 per month as I never used all the time and wanted to cut costs. I down graded 4 months ago. Received my first invoice month thereafter same amount deducted than always. Thought it could be timing thing. Happened again the month thereafter. Went into Woodmead branch, spoke to them, said yip can see on system I have down graded, she will inform head office to action and make the changes, they will phone me within 7 days to make corrections. Nothing happened. Visited them again, promised this will be sorted out ASAP. Well needles to say more, nothing have changed, no phone call, still paying the same amount as before down grade!!! Pathetic I would say. Just called them again, and decided I am now of poor service from MTN Woodmead store.
