I am currently in the process of moving and notified Mweb a month ahead of time with regards to it. They sent me a response two days before the move saying that they have logged the move and will be processing it.
Because of this my Telkom line cannot be moved in time and therefore I will be receiving the bill until it has been processed, regardless of the house already having other tenants, meaning that I will be billed for their usage.
I've wondered whether the easier option wouldn't be to just cancel everything with Mweb and get it new somewhere else once I've moved because this is turning out to be a really big problem and I'll probably sit without internet until they've sorted it all out. If it took this long to get the moving to be in process I don't want to know how long it's going to take to actually get it migrated.
Not happy.
