Not Honouring settlement

A dispute arose on my account wrt data usage in december 2012. After numerous attempts to resolve it through vodacoms channels there was no success. Using Hellopeter, a Mr. Lategan from vodacom kindly assisted me in May this year. Vodacom's ADS promised to credit me this amount.. To date nothing has been forthcoming. I contacted the datacenter by email last week and still have no response.
