After ordering a new business landline and being told it will take less than a week to be installed, there was no feedback after 2 weeks. I decided to call Telkom customer services since the Fesival mall line rings unanswered all the time. The lady at told me they are not going to install anymore landlines in my area (Bonaeropark-Kemptonpark) since there is a high cable. They no longer install new lines? Very disappointed as we've just opened a shop at Aero center and we cant have a landline which our business includes FAX. The consultant at Festival didnt mention any of this when i applied for the line, I had to find this out after 2 weeks we've been waiting for the installation. very disappointed, Neotel doesn't offer fax services with theit lines. Is there any company except this uselessTelkom?
