My phone has been in for repairs since 23 Sept 2013 - and I have not been able to get meaningful feedback on when I will receieve my phone back. It has been 9 weeks to do a repair that takes no more than 2-3 hours. I am not interested in the autopage internal proceses - I just want to know when I will get my phone back.
