SMS's getting lost

Over the past 3 months, I have repeatedly complained (both on facebook and hellopeter) about me losing incoming SMS's and each time, I am told the engineers will look into it, without getting any feedback. This is my last complaint, if I do not get any proper feedback within 7 days, I will be moving from cellc. I love your cheap pricing, but reliability is more important to me. I lost at least 3 SMS's in the past week that I am aware of, one being at about 11h30 on Friday 20th Sept from 0718728791
