After putting 30 Rand on my account on the 20/09/2013.I tried to covert my airtime into data bundles which was in vain as i got the reply from the service provider that the service is down try in fifteen minutes

On trying to do the transaction again on the 21 st i got the same reply, on checking on my airtime i now found that i had 19 Rand. on trying to make a call to the call center i sat forever without getting through after seating forever on the phone

What happened to my airtime? This is not the first time im experiencing problems with MT N... With this kind of service the chances of me renewing my contracts are very slim
