On 22 Dec, I logged a complaint via hello peter, on behalf of my parents, who had money taken from 2 of their investment accounts during October 2012. I included all the details, ABSA and vodacom incident numbers, police case number, addidavits in my complaint on 22 Dec.
Today is 27 January 2013, over a month after lodging the complaint, and 3 months since the happened. We asked ABSA and Vodacom to liaise between themselves and ensure resolution. When can we expect this issue to be resovled and the money plus interest returned to my parents?
