So I am typing this on my 3G, costing me money because Afrihost is lazy, give stupid reasons for internet connectivity being downor intermittent.
It started 2 weeks ago suddenly. Nothing has changed from our setup and the internet continuosly drops. Making connection to vpn's or getting emails impossible. Reasons I have had so far is.
Suddenly I am too far away from the telkom box. My house hasn't moved. The box hasn't moved..
Then there is the issue of line noise.another great excuse. Nothing different in then neighbourhod to cause such.
So you tellme Afrihost. Are you going to fix it or try and blame something that does not exist? I do IT for a living. Quit trying to fool your customers and actually fix the problem.
