Why MTN? I am getting tired of fighting this battle with you. please follow up on my previous complaints..I now have requested that you pull out the recording dated 21/06/2013 at around 14-36 pm and 22/07/2013 13-24pm..Im sure it was on these dates I called the 808 number to inquire about my last debit date..which i was told would be August..I have been getting nowhere to having my query sorted instead i get an sms that you will credit me with R149 then another stating that I should pay R111, 40 and the other stating that my outgoing facility will be suspended..should it now be a case of me approaching the CPA for assistance because you keep failing at giving me any feedback and you will be quick to list me on ITC for your own error..
