My phone was damaged a few months after upgrading in 2012, I called for a pay-in amount to get a new phone and was told R3300. I decided to call again last week and was told that there is no pay-in amount I need to qualify by either being in the 22nd month of my contract or spending around R240pm YET MY I SPEND R315pm ON MY CONTRACT. I tried again today to try to get through to a consultant with more info, I tried different numbers which I was given, finally was told to try 0821959 as this is the upgrades dept but this number is always available/our of service. Ive even found info on the internet of people upset that its never easy to get through to this number. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to give me proper info. I certainly don't see why I could get a pay-in amount for a premature upgrade over a year ago but I cant get the same answer now. I can be contacted on 011 551 0785
