Edcon must clearly states the terms and conditions

Edcon must clearly states the terms and conditions wen registering ota prepaid to their clients. My regular instalments was less then 200 then I bought airtime that amounted to more or less 600 only to found out ma installment is nw a thousand something, wen called to find out why is ma installment that high was tld its because of the airtym I bought, well wen registered I was never tld that will have to pay for the airtym I bought during the month, worst thing is they remind me via sms to urgently pay ma acc as if I knw how much was suppose to pay, been getting ma statement via email but after the airtym story I'm getting a reminder via sms, I'm not happy with edgars at all, then I made arrangements to pay half of the amount everymonth and I keep to ma promise everymonth but they stil call to make.the same payment is done for this month as per agreement, guess wat?? They call again and asked if I paid? do they actually check they records first or they js enjoy calling us? So I explained to the call center lady abt the ota problem and she tells me wat was I thinking wen;Shocked for days by the way they speak to their clients
