Despite the promise that the return of my phone had been escalated "to the highest level" and would be "urgently resolved", I have still not received any further indication as to when my phone will be returned.
There is no alternative phone available at the store, and I am in any event paying R400 per month for an iphone, which I have now been without for more than 10% of the length of my contract! I am entitled to the use of an iphone during this time, which is not defective and which is urgently returned to me, or replaced.
