I AM PAYING A MONTHLY FEE TO ENSURE THAT MY INTERNET IS SUSPENDED WHEN IT REACHES A CERTAIN LIMIT.

I AM PAYING THIS FEE FOR CHARITY AS THERE IS NO LIMIT IN PLACE. I EVEN PHONED THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BUT TO NO AVAIL.

DON'T KNOW WHY YOU MUST PAY FOR A SERVICE AND NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICE.
