Just want to ask why is 8ta giving us service since 4months ago? we always have the money ready, but for some odd reason NO ONE can explain the money were tried to be deducted the middle of the month for at least 2times, then nothing!! we didnt receive a bill for 3 months, and every time, my husband phones, there is technical issues, or the date is according to them correct, but our contract which i have a copy says and we signed it for the last or first day of each month!! last week, after 3 times of trying to get hold of a supervisor, eventualy got one, who told us we were handed over to collectors!!! PLEASE!! is there anyone who is now realy wanting to get our problem solved!!!? can an AFRIKAANS speaking person get back to me!
