I called about a week after I made a payment as per settlement offer given to me.
I made a call to request a settlement letter and I spoke to an ufriendly staff member by the name of Ntebeleng Kwenaite at: 08h54 whom I requested for the letter from, whom said to me it might take about a week for me to get the letter as I had not spoken to her before. It is almost 2 months with no letter or communication
I also sent an email to: [Email Removed] on 10.12.2013 - still without a response
