No feed back on backlist of phone as requested

My husband got robbed on Friday. We tried to blacklist the phone on Friday, but they were off line... Sunday, off line again... all of this after they ask you a bunch of questions, wasting your time, EVERY TIME!!! We asked the lady to send a notification sms to confirm that this phone is blacklisted... today is Tuesday... NO RESPONSE!!! STILL OFFLINE??? What a great excuse!
