Well where do I start.
One I got a sms now to understand how my account has a RD on it. You have been debiting me for years. Then I still don't have my credit passed from retention's.
So how is this possible and I spent 30min on the phone to try and resolve it. Is there a manager that can
Sort the issue out as I checked my ITC and you listed me on a default payment
Pass my credit from retention's and tell me what must be paid
Sort my ITC out and give me confirmation
Reverse the RD fee as well prior
Tell me what the issue was
Give me a update on this that all the above was done
If not lets cancel all - I will return the phone and modem and go to another service provider as I seriously can not take the pathetic service I am getting from you.
PS - You owe me more from retention department vs my actual sms you sent me
