My daughter's phone had gone missing on the 24th Of July this year.. And she recently discovered it a few days after.. I went through the "Unblacklisting" Procedure.. And it's been over A MONTH AND A HALF now, still nothing.. I Don't know whether this is how you guys work, but i'm disappointed in Vodacom.. It's such a convenience now, as she is still a scholar, and I don't see a need in buying a new phone for her... I need it to be working as soon as possible, as she needs to communicate with the universities she has applied for.. That's if that'll be soon enough..
