Good Day
I will like to complain about Jabba Connect, first i think the people they employ in the call centre are not trained to speak with customers or there is something wrong with them.
Last Year in October i called the call center for the settlement letter or amount and it was giving to me, and i didnt settle as i just wanted to see my balance and Ayanda Mfuthi said that he will close the account for me, which i thought that he meant that i wont be getting airtime and i told him that its fine, as i wasnt using the airtime anyway. In November they deducted the installment of R299 as per my bank statement and i thought that everything is fine as that was my installment, and only to find out when i got my Experian report from Transunion that i was in arrears from October . i called him and asked him why am in arrears and he told me that it was because he closed the account but then i told him that they have been deducting the installment and i will only understand if they went. He told me that he cant fix it i will just have to deal with it. I HATE THE COMPANY WITH ALL THAT I HAVE, AND AM GOING TO TAKE THEM TO THE OMBUSMAN AS I NEED MY NAME TO BE CLEARED.
