I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful staff member you have in Janice. I have had nothing but problems with Nashua Mobile over the last year. I met her in the Nandi Drive branch and even although we would not fall under her personal portfolio she has gone above and beyond her responsibilities to assist a very frustrated client. Our year long issues took a day to resolve, which certainly tells me she is more than adequate, her understanding of products and service was phenomenal.
She has certainly guaranteed Nashua Mobile our continued support of your organisation. Janice deserves maximum recognition within your group. I would hire her tomorrow given half a chance!
