On the 28th I reported a problem. Just after that I had NO connection for 7 days (3rd-7th). Then when a connection returned my line sync was a problem.
Since then till now it hasn't been fixed after numerous calls and emails. It takes on average about 10-20 min for a technician to pick up, emails takes typicality a week to receive a response.
Doesn't matter who's fault it is, I'm your client and I am paying Mweb for a service which I don't receive. This would be about problem nr 5 on my account this year alone?
I want to cancel my account by the end of this month, not end of August. I will use the Consumer Protection Act for this matter if needed.
