On the 31st July 2 x R199.00 debits went off from my account without without my knowledge or authority. I then went to my Standard bank branch and blocked the debits that were made. On the 16th August 2013 another 2 x R199.00 debits were made from my account again. Everytime when you do stop to these payments, my financial institution charge me stop payment fee of R40 for each transaction plus R115 each.
