No proper signal at my place. Complained to the relevant call centre & a ref. No. Was sent via SMS . A booster was promised to be installed within within 15 working days. About 3 months has elapse. Till today no response. I had call them on several occasion, more promises but no action. Eventually E-Mailed a cancellation letter to relevant Dept. Decided to keep the contract going when I was told to pay in full for the duration of contract. Honestly speaking I can't wait to get out of this contract. Never again will I deal with Mtnsp.
