I received a sms from Pholosa that my account has been given over to them for not being paid?? I have been paying every month through internet banking from ABSA and have the proof of payment. I am trying to contact Pholosa but can't get through. Who can I contact at Cell C or who can I send proof of payment to? I don't understand how I never got a notice that my account is behind or nothing! No email, no call, nothing? Suddenly just a notice to say it is given over to Phalosa. Why not contact me first and sort it out? But I have the proof of payment and would LOVE a contact person to email it to. Pleas Cell C, lets sort this out?!
