I have written to your repairs escalation department in length, outlining the issues I have had with the Blackberries you sold to me.

You have not had the decency to contact me to outline the way forward. I have had to phone you as much as 2 months later to try and get clarity from you. Turns out that in all this time you have done absolutely nothing. The 'agent' you have appointed to my case has done just as much as you, absolutely nothing.

The irony is that he has instructed me to do exactly what, and the exact reason why I had written to you originally. I have been patient, understanding and diplomatic with regards to the horrendous service you provide to me, and looking at this site, other customers. A service that I also pay thousands of rands for. It would appear that being in contract with you is the main reason for your total disregard, as it is clear that only one of us is honoring their obligations with regards to our contractual agreement.

I intend on pursuing other avenues.

What you are providing is definitely not a service.
