February 2012 I went to Telkom to cancel my Telkom line. The lady on the other side confinced me to convert my line to a Pay as you go line. This were never done. After long storys and a complaint with Hello Peter it was done. Their report was that the matter is looked into and that my escalation nr is ARS 219862. The next that i have heard from them is when they contactec me to tell me who the attourney is that is going to sue us!
