With numerous phone calls and complains from our side we have had enough.

All my complains will be listed via email from my corospondens.

We are currently paying R950 p/m for? meg internet speed with has been on and off on a weekly
By Trying to understand that tecnical errors does occour from time to time.

WE HAVE HAD MORE THE ENOUGHT AS CLEINTS. Regards
I CAN NOT BELEIVE THE ADMIN LADY JUST TOLD ME THAT ACCORDING TO THE OWNER TEUN s WHO IS NEVER AVAIL TO SPEAK TO THE INTERNET WAS OFF TODAY, BUT IS WIRING AVAIL AS NORMAL.

WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH THE I TESTED MY INTERNET, UNPLUGED THE ROUTER AND RESET MY ELECTRIC FOR 30SEC AND STILL NOTHING.

THERE RESPONS WAS THAT THEY WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT AGAIN AND THEY CAN ONLY HELP ME ON FRIDAY TODAY IS Monday.

So I will have to wait and This mens again using my 3g vodacom with will cost me additional plus when they Come out they charge another call out fee.

ENOUGHT said.. Can lot BELEIVE what Ive hard.
