I opened a Telkom 8ta account on the 1st August 2011, the telesales consultant who sold me the account and informed me it was a top-up account. Nonetheless after realising this i continued to use the services. The service provider billed me close to R 1200.00 on a monthly basis, I decided not to use the service any further in October 2012. I was expecting to pay my last bill of at least R 800.00 and only the subscription free of R 195.00 from there on, to my surprise on the 26 of December i was charged an amount of R 1500.00. This trend continued with another amount of R 1550.00 in March, R332.47 in June. R 498.70 in July. I visited two branches where i was informed the debits do not reflect on their system. I visited another branch recently in Hatfield Pretoria where one of the consultants informed me they where not trained to use the billing system and do not like dealing with these kind of queries. He then advised me to go to the Menlyn Branch to seek help. I am still been debitd for this account even thou the contract ended in March 2013. I would like to state that Telkom Mobile/8ta will never gain me a customer as long as i live and im disappointed at the service
