I sent my phone to Autopage Cresta to be serviced on the 30th July, the first guy (Clinton) said it would take 10 days to be repaired. When I went back after about 8 days to follow up Linda Moosa told me that Clinton should never have told me it would take 10 days, she said 4 - 6 weeks! The third time I went back a third lady told me it would take 6 - 8 weeks! The reason I kept going back is because their phones are off line, I have tried calling them regularly to keep abreast of the progress of my phone for the last 6 weeks. I brought this fact to the managers attention the third time I was there but their lines are still down. They never seemed to eager to get in touch with the repair center to follow up on the progress of my phone. Clinton made it clear to me on my third visit that it is not up to them as to how long it takes to get the phone back as their hands are tied. The manger said he would personally follow up and get back to me, I have heard nothing from him either.
