I have since requested for the line to be moved and that was last month already, each time I call to make a follow up, I am told a different story and today I was even given a new ref # and I am always promised to have the issue escalated and to get an sms something I dont get. Just now this lady tells me I must just wait for the sms and when I said even if it means it will come next year she agreed to that, I know it takes 3 weeks for the request but all I need is some positive feedback and not different things all the time
