Two weeks to deliver a Sim Card

Your customers service is poor to none, My mother were approached by your telly sales and sold a tablet to her, Order 2461275 (Internal ref 80007329826938). Although the tablet was delivered she has been waiting for the sim card for almost 2 weeks.
The couriers found reasons or excuses not to complete a delivery to a pensioner waiting for days. needless to say, is your courier not willing to complete a delivery but rather have cellc pay for service not completed.
My mom called basically begged for a service. She asked me to intervene not getting closure to her problem.
Cellc customer service personnel do not listen. I called at about 14:00 on 2013-09-08 and reported to the operator that my mother has been waiting for 2 weeks for a sim card. Would she not 10 seconds later ask me how log we have been waiting. I insisted to speak to the Manage "Kurt" who said that i have to speak to somebody at 084145. He was more interrested to get rid of the problem instead of assisting. He knew very well that the 084145 Service is only office hours but made me to believe that i will receive assistance making another call. He is n poor customer care manager and has no client interest
