Very very poor customer service by MegaCelleXpress

I ordered a phone Sony Xperia Ray on their online shop [URL Removed] after finding out from Price Check that they have the lowest offer on the phone (as at today 6/9/13) it still shows they have the phone for R1999. I paid for my phone on the 26TH of August and more than 10 days later they have told me they do not have the phone and I will get a refund. This is after phoning so many times, being put on hold and even being misinformed. On 2/8/13, I spoke to Faisal that he is trying to find the specific phone and that he will phone me back. He did not phone, the following day I phoned again and the gentleman I spoke to said I would receive the phone the same day as he has already dispatched by courier. I have made atleast 9 phonecalls and left my number as advised but they do not bother to return calls. Customer service is poor; they misinform their customers and promise more than they can deliver. When a customer has paid for a product or service, the service provider should acknowledge receipt of the payment and advice when goods will be delivered. I have used other online shops successfully but I cannot recommend this shop.. I am hoping for my hassle free refund soonest.
