With CellC the costomer is always wrong

After several calls and emails to customer service I still did not get an answer to my question.
I changed ownership of my contract in Sep 2007. I recently received a legal letter from them for Dec 2007. Now listen CellC, this contract is NOT on my name. How difficult is this to understand? Why must I pay this account. Why cant you give me an answer to my straight forward question? I spoke to the rudest person at your legal department who challenged me to see an attorney. I notified him that I am recording the conversation and asked him the current date. He said that the contract is still under my name. It is NOT since Sep 2007. I went to a CellC shop asking them if it is still under my name. Ques what... It is NOT. I took a photo of the screen with the info. Now I want answers. Why and what is going on? Your stories doesn't match. I even gave you an affidavit as requested but you still don't believe me. CellC you need competent staff or you will loose more clients.

I do not recommend anyone to make use of CellC's service. You will regret this.

I was even told that they had to get Pholosa to trace me. Ive been staying at the same place since 2000. Well done!!! I never moved.
