Cell C DID call me after the first two reports - every time with the promise that a technician will call me later in the day. STILL waaaaiiiitttiiinnnggggg!!!
I bought their 200Gb data plan about 2 weeks ago. Since I have been able to actually USE this data once or twice. Either the speed is measured in BYTES or the connection drops every few minutes.
I run MTN data from the SAME location with the SAME modem and achieve speeds of up to 6.5 Mbps so Cell C mustn't tell me the problem with my configuraton. Maybe they'll consider putting a tower in Brackenfell before 2035?
I paid R 1 800.00 for this 200 Gb that I cannot use.
Please be warned and don't give hard-earned money away to a provider that simply CANNOT provide.
