Wrong Account being Debited

I don't have a contract with telkom SA but they are taking money from my account. There was an attempt to take R1500 in July but it was rejected because i had less than that in my account, meaning bad credit. In August they took R773 from my bank account and now they attempted to take R660 but it was rejected because i had less than that in my account, meaning bad credit again. I went to telkom shop at festival mall, they gave me a phone to call the accounts department. The lady i spoke with confirmed to me that indeed i don't have any contract with them. She gave me her fax number and told be to fax my bank statement written my cell number so they can contact me. Its now two weeks and nothing has happened. I went to my bank to stop the debit order on the 31st August 2013 but they still attempted to take R660 on the 03rd September 2013. Please help me get my R770 back and stop them from taking my money as they are creating a bad credit record for me.
