I would like to compliment Rajen Sahue from Telkom who responded to my telephone fault this morning. His service was efficient, prompt and he contacted me numerous times to update me on his progress. I have had ongoing issues with my line and he was very apologetic despite the fact that it was not his fault. I am very impressed that Telkom employs people of Rajen's calibre. Well done Telkom.
