I got a contract phone on the 2nd Sep 2013 and I was required to do a sim swap because the new phone uses a micro chip sim card. I paid for it and its the 3rd day now, my phone is still off line.
After the number was trasnfered to contract, I used the old sim once for less than 10 seconds and to my suprised on MTN active its showing I have used (R123.9 rand bundles, 16 sms bundles)
NB: the sales person is still doing her best to assist (she sent S/Swap request twice and on the third time she was asked to send an e-mail of which she did) & its out of her control because its the guys at 808 that I blame
