FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CONSUMER ACT

I received my Samsung phone on Thursday, 29 August 2013. After due consideration, I returned the product to PDK, Graaff-Reinet and informed the employees that I wanted to cancel the agreement. The employees said to me that I can do whatever I want they will not cancel the contract. I approached my attorney who informed me that I have a cooling-off period ito the Consumer Act and may return the product, cancel the agreement within five (5) days of receipt thereof. I informed them in writing, which they refused to accept. Furthermore, my attorney requested a copy of the contract and they said that they will not give it. I am disgusted in VODACOM and PDK. VODACOM and its dealers pride themselves in complying with the CPA but they are false and misleading!! My attorney will take further legal action.
