In december 2012 they debited my account on the 15th and bounced due to the fact i hadent been paid when the agreement was for the last day of the month so they breached the contract agreement. the debit order went off for for january at the end of the month and they claim i defaulted on that payment aswel and i have proof that it went off. now august 2013 i made an arrangement to pay for july and august and they debited me for december, january, july and august after phoning them for over a week they didnt help me at all thier and say they wont return the money they have taken without my authirization. Lebo the account manager was unbelievably rude on the phone and insulted me and the consultants hang up the phone on me when i call. I firmly believe that you should change your attorneys due to the fact the are rude, incompitent and the way they handle thier business is absolutely disgusting.
