What happens if you can't use your phone? You still pay the bill!!!
It doesen't seem fair that a big company like Cell C can spend millions of rands on advertising but can't provide their customers with decent service! (Signal quality)
I have experienced very poor data, internet and call quality. They say that they are the cheapest, but in most cases I have to download items again and again to get the download completed, thus costing more than twice as any other competitor.
The same goes for voice calls, I have to phone clients and colleuges 3 to 4 times to have a clear conversation! This is very unprofessional in my line of business and in turn also aggravates my clients!!!
The damages due to this is huge and I know a lot of people with the same complaint! Should we sue Cell C?
In conclusion:
Cell C is my money because they are forcing me to pay 3 to 4 times for the same conversation!
I want my contract canceled and my money that I paid for the handset back! (not to mention business loss!!!)
I'll never recommend Cell C to anyone! will they ever resolve this problem?
