I've been reporting poor reception and my 3G device from MTN does not go the full capacity. I've subcribed to this product mainly for the speed of the connectivity. They simply do not reply. I phone the call centre and try to get hold of a supervisor - no luck there either. I've mailed them several times. Most of the mails don't go through I suppose.
One year later, gave away my USB modem. and switched to Vodacom.. I still spread the news to people not to buy MTN data products and luckily they listen.
