BAD SERVICE ON REPAIRS

BB 9300, kept on freezing & the speaker was faulty. I took the it to Autopage, Rink St, P.E. on 16 Aug. The branch said their system was better & it would take about 10 days to get repaired.(no loan phone available).

Thu 22 Aug, phoned to the branch to follow up, was told it would be another week or 2.

Wed 28 Aug, went to the branch to follow up, where told that it was @ the repair centre & even if they requested something on their system, that it would be ignored. Suggested I phone the number on the form.

Wed 28 Aug, phoned 0861232424, was given the run around that it will now take 4-6 wks, after mentioning the branch had mentioned about 10 days, the job was escalated, reference A1308281393.

Wed 28 Aug, my wife received a sms stating it will take 24 working hrs.
Thu 29 Aug, received sms stating: your Complaint escalation has been successfully completed.
Fri 30 Aug, phone again to ask what the sms meant & was told it will take at least 4 wks. Spoke to a senior person & said there is nothing he can do & I must just wait.

The branch has trying to be helpful, but they get no support from their head office, it is Unfortunate that they have suffer for it.
