Unbelievable service and attitude

I purchased a S4 on contract and was battling with Wifi and broadband issues. He did the settings and called support for assistance.
Then he surprised me by insisting to walk with me where mobile reception and Wifi is available. He ensured that I could manage on my own with the S4.
