We have managed after three month to get address and billing correct (but lets see what deductions follow at the end of this month as anything is possible with neotell). The billing part is now solved hip hip... but now totally disconnected. Technical phoned me to solve the matter but i was fetching my kid at school. The promise to call me back to get me online did not happen two hours after the call. Guess the shift of the technician was over and leaving the problem to another one. Dealing with neotel has been extremely a waste of many hours. The moral of the story is, get vodacom 3g backup cause when the one is down you have the other to keep on staying in business in the banana republic of SA. First world technology in the hands of the wrong people cannot work.
