The loans department was contacted a few times already to notify them of the actual problem. The amount singed for on the contract are different to the amount that have been deducted. Debit orders for different amounts was run on an account number given to them to take the monthly premium. This was promised to be sorted out but up to date I had no call back or the money reversed on this account. The service levels are dropping by the day - and I think they need to be learned a lesson - this is against the consumer rights and on top of everything!
