This morning I was helped in a very proffesional manner by Pumza at the East London branch with my modem. After explaining to her in just two sentences what the problem was she immediately got straight into it and my modem was up and running with upgraded software.
Apart from the excellent service I got offered a steaming cup of coffee while we engage in cobversation with other Cell C products and services.
