O My contract is R1800 per month (this is 1 of 3 contracts that I have)
o I have been a client for 10 years plus!
o March - upgraded to Iphone 5 in parkview shop - signed new insurance form at Yolanda
o within 7 days - change to Samsung S3 at woodlands shop - they insure me that they will get paperwork but check system
o 1 June - take phone in for repair - shattered glass (I used it for 2 weeks - only screen was broken)
o After 6 weeks they tell me I did not renew insurance and that I am underinsured - I am only insured for R5000 - I asked them to replace the screen - I do not ask a new phone
o July - Phone head office - do not want to even listen to my problem - tell me to go the shop
o End August - asked them to just give my phone back I will fix it myself
o Now they say I CANNOT GET MY PHONE BACK!
